I cover a wide range of corporate and commercial events including conferences, networking days, product launches, awards evenings, training sessions, VIP visits, and internal company events. If it’s a business or brand-led event in Cardiff or across South Wales, I can photograph it.

Yes. If you need a curated set of preview images for social media or press, I can deliver these on the day for an additional £150. Full galleries are delivered within 2–4 working days.

Yes. All images are professionally edited for colour, exposure and consistency. Event photography doesn’t require heavy retouching, but I ensure everything looks polished, clean and ready for marketing, PR, and social media use.

You’ll receive a private, password-protected online gallery. From there, you can download both high-resolution files (for print) and web-ready files (for websites, press and social). USB delivery can be arranged if needed.

Travel within Cardiff is included. I regularly photograph events across South Wales, Bristol, Birmingham and London. For locations outside Cardiff, a £50 + £0.45 per mile fee applies.

For corporate events, I recommend booking 2–3 weeks in advance, especially during busy periods. Short-notice bookings may still be possible, so it’s always worth checking availability.

No. My half-day and full-day rates are the same whether your event is on a weekday, weekend or evening. If your event runs late into the night or spans multiple days, I’ll provide a tailored quote.
